Kerrie Cornell

A recent permanent transplant to South Carolina, me and my family, husband Greg and daughter Sydney, have always enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach. I want to parlay my love of “The Beach” to finding folks their perfect home, whether primary or vacation. A former 911 dispatcher, I know communication is key, listen carefully and ask the important questions. Whether selling or buying I can’t wait to work with you.

Ed Clark

After spending three  years as a teacher and a basketball and baseball coach in Eastern North Carolina, Ed joined Burlington Industries as a Human Resoures Director in East Tennesse and one year later  was transfered to Los Angeles as the area Human Resources Director for Southern California.

In 1972, Ed was offered the opportunity to transfer to New York with Burlington. He declined the offer and entered the insurance industry in Los Angeles. He traveled the state selling life and health insurance to self employed individuals at the same time hiring and training new agents. Ed formed The Public Employee's League, an association, that state employees could join and have payroll deduction privilages for dues and insurance premiums marketed by his agents.

Based on his extensive back ground in sales, marketing and working closely with people, he is equally comfortable working with buyer as well as sellers. From his  variety of experiences he understands that as a realtor it is a job to facilitate ways to purchase or sell a property, and never for a moment think it is a realtors job to sell you anything.
