Beppi has been with my team from the start.  She handles all the day to day ops of the team.  It's rare to find her without a smile or a song!  She loves to keep the team entertained while she updates our database or sets up appointments for us all!  If you have any questions at all feel free to ask Beppi and I know she will have the answer you were looking for!

                                Kerrie Cornell

A recent permanent transplant to South Carolina, me and my family, husband Greg and daughter Sydney, have always enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach. I want to parlay my love of “The Beach” to finding folks their perfect home, whether primary or vacation. A former 911 dispatcher, I know communication is key, listen carefully and ask the important questions. Whether selling or buying I can’t wait to work with you.

                                      Ed Clark

A native of North Carolina, Ed was born and raised in Chapel Hill. After a short two year career as a professional baseball player in the Washington Senator's Organization, he graduated from Elon College in 1963, He married his wife of 50 years, "Sissie" in 1962.
After spending three  years as a teacher and a basketball and baseball coach in Eastern North Carolina, Ed joined Burlington Industries as a Human Resoures Director in East Tennesse and one year later  was transfered to Los Angeles as the area Human Resources Director for Southern California.

In 1972, Ed was offered the opportunity to transfer to New York with Burlington. He declined the offer and entered the insurance industry in Los Angeles. He traveled the state selling life and health insurance to self employed individuals at the same time hiring and training new agents. Ed formed The Public Employee's League, an association, that state employees could join and have payroll deduction privilages for dues and insurance premiums marketed by his agents.

In 1982, Ed was hired as Vice -President of Sales & Marketing for Colorado Bankers Life and relocated to Denver.

In the winter of 1999, Ed became involved with a partnership that inabled him to return to the Carolins. He came back to the Myrtle beach area to oversee  the development of property and the marketing of finished lots to local builders.

Ed became a  licensed Realtor in 2001 and has spent the past eleven years working both "on site" as well as general brokerage operations. Based on his extensive back ground in sales, marketing and working closely with people, he is equally comfortable working with buyer as well as sellers. From his  variety of experiences he understands that as a realtor it is a job to facilitate ways to purchase or sell a property, and never for a moment think it is a realtors job to sell you anything.
